If you have multiple devices needing Open NAT then you will need your own router, probably with uPnP support. To setup the NVG589, here is a great post from one of our community members
Add your Xbox to the Geo-Filter under the devices panel and leave it on filtering mode. Then set your home location to where you live and start with a 1000km radius. I haven't played Roblox before so if you have a problem connecting then switch the Xbox to Spectating Mode instead and you should be able to connect without issue.

QoS is enabled however not fully configured. Gamefuel is disabled by default on DGL series routers. These settings are for Xbox Live. Preferred connections for gaming consoles is wired however certain wireless connections work well if configured correctly. After all that, just power down both Xbox one’s, then power down your router for a couple of minutes. Next power router back on; once the router has completely returned to operational state power on your Xbox ones. Every time the router is reset the Xbox ones need to be powered down before powering up your router. I'm having issue with my Xbox live connection. I get lag spikes when playing first person shooters. Everything on the router is default except I changed Nat from secure to open. I have 3 Xbox's connected so I use Upnp to auto portforward.
